Couple of new pages, now with extra stupid.In reading about college life for American women in the 1920's, it seemed surprisingly progressive in some ways yet atrociously gendered in others. Enrollment was much higher than in any previous decade, but courses of study were still largely restricted to nursing, teaching and "euthenics" (home economics). Like many modern-day pillow forts, much of the demesne of the arts and sciences still had a "no girls" policy.
Reference for the building was St. Louis University's DuBourg Hall.

I cannot remember if I commented on this or not already, but I do remember more of the story, so I know I've read it before. It is absolutely worth second and third looks. Everything about your comic reels me in and leaves me thirsty for more.
(And Freckle hiding behind his hat is priceless!)
Your hard work and research pays off on these very handsomely. I hope sales of book one have continued to make it all worth the work of getting them done up.

The Academia setting is pretty gorgeous. Even from the distance you can make out like the brickwork and roof tiles. It's those little things like that I admire you for your attention to texture.

I have bought 'Lackadaisy Cats', and I am going to have it shipped to me here in China by family. A little extra cost. I am sure it will be totally worth it. I am so enthralled with this comic that I want it my tangible paws.
Reading this made comics fun again. I hope you get a motion picture some day.
