Description
A much younger Nina with sister, Sophie, around 1902. ΒThis is a little bit of art for the Volume 2 book jacket interior. Β Lingerie dresses - roughly the equivalent of wearing a wedding cake, but definitely fun to paint.

A feeling from the past! The flow of the dress's and the fluffy apperance of the cats tails, this is amazing work! This looks like a family photo that has lost it's color over time but still retains it's beauty. I would say the cats in their Β 20's or 30's by how they look and potray themselves. it looks like they are very wealthy by how they dress! Β It also looks like they are on their own private property or a park from where this photo was taken. This was very well done and captures the feeling of an old photo dug up from the past! Β NICE WORK!

That is the most appropiate description of anything in the history of wearable objects. Also: splendid piece. The scene looks so lifelike, you'd almost forget they have cat faces and tails.

Does the name Meridian refer to the city in eastern Mississippi or the city west of Boise? Was Nina living in one of those cities after coming to America from Ireland? If i had to guess, the obvious choice would be the Mississippi one, right? Anyway, love your art and storytelling. Keep up the wondrous work.
