It's Skunky and a skunk! I drew her once in her uniform, thought i'd draw her as her alter ego here.I like the lil' guy she's holding. Poor kid.

The expression is awesome, and I love her little tattoo (this is going to sound terrible, but I can't tell whether it's a skull or the tail end of an elephant... either way, it's cute!), but the best thing is totally the skunk. He looks so apologetic <3. Out of curiosity, did you do the big curves in the background with just a select/fill in PS?

yeah, the swirls in the BG are photoshop. I found that the perfect thing for my psychedelic swirls are my tablet! i wish i had learned that 3 years ago!
