Jayr will risk everything to stand up for what- and who- he believes in. He would gladly put his life on the line, although he doesn't do so recklessly.

Jayr is very softhearted and caring towards those around him, and is slow to anger. However, when he does get mad, he gets mad. He especially has a soft spot for cubs and young apprentices. This makes him an ideal mentor.

Jayr is not in anyway shy or reclusive. He will gladly let the empire know his beliefs and where he stands on issues. Despite that, Jayr is lighthearted and occasionally cracks jokes. He is very likable to those who know him.

Biography:
Jayr is a gladiator of the Lightning Empire. He is very likable, and most of the time, quiet lighthearted. However, He gets very serious during battle. Jayr is extremely loyal to his empire, and would gladly give up his life in battle if would benefit those he loves. He also possesses a deep hatred towards the humans and the Bounty Hunters, who so willingly serve him.

Jayr is known as one of the best trackers in his empire. His sensitive nose has proved helpful on many occasions. In battle, Jayr is probably a little below average strength. However, he is very well seasoned in battle, and his speed and quick wit make him a formidable opponent indeed. He often attacks with rushes and quick, jerky movements, making it difficult for his opponent to land a blow. He is also extremely good at stealth, and sneak attacks are a favorite of his.

History:
Jayr grew up fighting in the coliseum, along with his beloved younger brother, Akil- who was about 7 months of age. In the arena, he used his speed and quick wits to get the best of opponents much stronger than him, though he barely escaped death more than a few times. Jayr had heard stories about cats that were escaping and making a life for themselves in the wild, but it seemed far, far away from him. He, nor his brother felt they had any hope of escaping.
It wasn't long after that, when it happened. Akil was placed in the arena with a popular opponent, well known for his strength and mercilessness. The fight was extremely unfair; he stood no chance. And so, Jayr watched helplessly as his only brother was cut down before his eyes. It was only then, Jayr knew he had to get out of there.
Grief made him reckless, and he managed to escape later that night- barely. He wandered in the wild for days, seeking directions from cats who crossed his path, asking if they knew where the coliseum refugees had gone to. Eventually, he stumbled across the border of the Lightning Empire, and asked to join them.
