here is my oc of Rio Grande M64 1712 Tanner

Tanner was built by Baldwin locomotive works in 1929 to work for the Rio Grande and he like working for the Rio grande but he is very strict and take his work seriously but he likes having his friends with him at his side and his brothers Pete 1701 and brocky 1706 were close friends of him but during the time when diesels were coming the 1950s Pete and Brocky were purchased by the california and arizona railroad since the C&A needed more motive power and they thought having steam locomotives would be a good idea and Tanner was bought by the Rio grande scenic railroad and Tanner pulls passengers and freight trains.

but he hated tenorman the mountain engine who constantly bullied him and Tanner was easy to anger but he tries any way he can to make the bad engines and villains to stop bothering others and to let others know about his feelings.

Tanner may be a bit demanding at times but he is wanting to be really useful Mr Clinton purchased Tanner at a cheap price from the Rio grande scenic railroad.

Tanner is happy to work hard on the clinchfield highland valley railroad and he is always wanting to be a really useful engine to his friends
and he visited the CHVRR in the 1980s and now Tanner is willing to be a really useful engine on sodor and in the USA
