For theBoy, I've wanted to get this out for a long time. The morning I read the second round task I penned out my entire entry on my train ride into work, so it's fulfilling to finally be presenting that to the public XD
Odin's flashy style and moves attracts a lot of attention, including that of Aidan, who's just been sitting idly by finishing his coffee and watching the battles. Battling for rank among the Johto Ace Trainers and for prize money in tournaments for the past couple of years, Aidan has a very argent view on what makes a Poke'mon Trainer better, which baffles Vincent's own views on how a trainer and a battle should be. Who will prevail?

That is an amazing page! 
The light is very nicely done, lots of black and white with just the right amount of color for that time of the day.
Bonus points for showing Basil battling Andy, that's definitely something I plan to draw!

I adore the dull coloring you used for the night time effect it came out awesome~

Haha, thanks trusslark, I played and toyed around with it so much! I'll let you in on a behind-the-scenes secret. I coloured the whole thing with character's normal reference colours as if it was daytime, then adjusted to look night by playing around with hue, saturation and levels until I was happy with it XD
I loved his dialogue too. I'm 90% sure that's all Elekid ever said in the anime XD

I'll share my secret from my round too since you were so kind to share your's; I did basically same thing except I just threw a dark blue layer over the colors and turned on multiply lol
