This girl appeared in the 1979-2005 "Doraemon" anime, in the episode: "Suneo's Romance". Her name (as you can see by the title) is Luna, and she's a movie actress who ran away from the set to see Mt. Fuji. That's all I know about her, though.Here's a pic of her: vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/d…
