Here's another picture for the upcoming 50th Anniversary of "Sesame Street", with a slight altered description:

Here's Betty Lou, a girl Muppet who started out as an "Anything" Muppet and was originally a minor character in her earliest appearances.

Betty Lou has an affinity for dolls, but her favorite one is one that constantly has its head pop off. The first few times that happened, she was upset. But since her parents helped her out by popping the head back on, she's been okay with it.

She often gets confused with Prairie Dawn, mainly due to their similar faces and felt color (though for a time, Betty Lou had different eyes to Prairie). At one point, the official website actually used an image of Prairie on Betty Lou's page as well as her own, but this had since been corrected. The two also were rarely shown on-screen together, but did have numerous book appearances in which they were seen with one another.

To be honest, I haven't really seen Betty Lou very much in the show proper of "Sesame Street"; mainly in merchandise, although I do recall seeing the "Exercise" song featuring Grover that was prominently sung by Betty Lou (in which during that time, she was performed by Fran Brill, who had mainly voiced Prairie Dawn, before her retirement, but using a different voice). However, even that was only a vague memory as I had mainly only remembered Grover in it. I had to re-watch it on the official "Sesame Street" YouTube channel in order to fully remember it, and that's when I saw Betty Lou.

For consistency, I've drawn Betty Lou's eyes differently from last time to match how I've drawn Prairie Dawn's in her latest picture: fav.me/ddhmjtt
