Description
When I was little I used to pretend to be an animator for Disney and I my job was to come up with new twists/character designs for new fairytales. So I decided to do that on DA. What if Disney made ___ as an animated feature? What might the characters look like?

This is Princess Sakura from "The Bamboo Princess" (a Japanese Fairytale). It has some similarities to "Thumbelina". It tells the story of a childless couple who finds a tiny princess in a bamboo rod. Sakura is a clever princess with a deep love for her parents.
