The middle panel is reminding me of a scene from the beginning of the second Toy Story movie.

Then when he breaks the seal once more, he only reveals his shadow at first. Energy blasts hit all of the guardians and down below Ganon starts typing commands into his Shiekah-Tech Desktop Computer. Using several hundred lines of code and a bit of dark magic, now every Guardian has his malware in their computer chips.
Above ground, panic ensues as civilians and soldiers are incinerated by laser fire. Towns and fortresses are destroyed completely. The King is Killed In Action, Hyrule Castle in ruins. Ganon just grins evilly as he continues typing commands, turning the very weapons they used against him against them. Knowing that there is nothing they could do about it.
He sends 4 aspects of himself to deal with the champions on the Divine Beasts. All of them are Killed In Action. He then uses them to install his malware manually. Leaving behind a time delayed program before placing them in standby mode. Ganon then notices that the last remnants of the Hylian Army has retreated to Akkala Citadel along with the survivors of Castle Town and the surrounding villages.
Typing some more commands, he sends all of the Guardians to that fortress. The remaining forces are unable to withstand the automated army of machines. The citadel is complete destroyed and everyone inside is killed. Ganon then sends them after Link and Zelda as they make their way to Hitano Fortress. He almost kills Link but before the final blow is struck, Zelda unleashes her Sealing Powers and disables a majority of the Guardians.
Frustrated at this tactic, Ganon programs the ones that are still functioning to relocate to key positions and patrol the areas for any survivors and kill them before attempting to leave his hiding place. But Zelda manages to seal him inside by herself. Link is placed in stasis for the next 100 years.
Shortly before Link awakens, the time delayed programs Ganon installed into the Divine Beasts activate and causes them to go haywire.

You have to wonder why people don't pull this one every time they have to seal away their ancient evil dudes for a few thousand years...

Yeah, at this point he was whipped, hard, smart to surender and take the Torture over the repeated uses of lasers and explosive ones at that. I mean a 9 to 5 job is about as bad as you can get without killing a person and my God you put Ganon in data-entry? That's an extra level of cruel. Mind you at-least it's not customer-service and if it was he Would-be seriously screwed over. I can just imagine having to deal with people over and over again who want to wring your neck and you can do-nothing about it.

Nah, can't be the Toon Link timeline. He was still Ganondorf during the Wind Waker.

True, and not child link timeline, so it might also be possable even the downfall timeline might not be it. How about we just blame hyrule Warriors and say that it's manipulation of time screwed up everything to make this possible, which is still awesome. All that time travel & paradoxes screwed up everything, so anything goes at this point.

Just how I felt after leaning the history of his first attempt, why did they expect the same defenses to work twice?
