Don't get me wrong, I do like modern-day comics, but 80s-90s comics are actually better, IMO. Because around that time, we still had:
1. The one and only ! ^^
2. as , my favorite Venom.
3. The one, true amazing , with one mind, not two.
Once again, I do like new comics, but I like old ones better. That's all. ^^ I appreciate your opinion.

I agree. 80s had some of the best stories and art. 90s, the art might be atrocious at times, but the stories were at least solid. But I did love the late-90s and early-2000. I'm more a DC fan, pre-52. I miss JLI (FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE JL), GOTHAM CENTRAL, SECRET SIX, etc.

It should be every Wednesday at every comic book store. That's when new issues are released.

Same here. I gave her a chance, too. About 12 issues and I just couldn't accept it.

the main problem is that Brian Azzerello has no respect for her nor her history and characters and misses the point of them.
I feel Wondy hasn't been translated well in other media:she was the least interesting character in JL & JLU Cartoons, Her Animated movie was very lossely based on George Perez's story, & the David E. Kelly pilot speaks for itself.

I like Brian Azzerello as a writer (and a person, as I've met him at a con and he was very kind), but his Wonder Woman is a gigantic failure. I do believe he honestly respects Wonder Woman, but was forced to make Wondie's origins more "real" beacuse, in real life, he's a realist. The idea of "virginal birth" I can see turn him off. It's just not his style. I get that, but this IS Wonder Woman. I do believe his decision to revamp the origins was a bad one.
I prefer the George Perez story, too, and I loved the animated film. I never liked the way Perez treated Steve Trevor, so the animated film was just a delight for my Silver Age love of Wondie and Steve.

i hated Steve in the movie & the way they treated Etta Candy. I prefer Diana to be single for the most part, I don't hate steve but i would rather have him do something else than being her Love Interest. i think Diana should be like Starfire in terms of experimenting with different Male/Female partners. I just wish people knew more about Julia & Vanessa Kapateli and Myndi Mayer's Agency and The awesome yet tragic creation of the amazons.

I grew up on the old 1960s WONDER WOMAN series with Linda Carter, so I have a soft spot for Steve Trevor as a character, particularly as the damsel-in-distress to the heroine. I can't say I was a fan of the romance, as I was so young, it was more the concept that if could happen than it would happen. Diana wasn't the setting down type. She did have other possible love interests in the series.
Also, I enjoyed the change in his personality. That he was a bit of a sexist and a womanizer, but it was a facade, a defense mechanism he developed. It was an interesting take on the character and I laughed every time Diana smacked him around, refusing to take his shit.
Yeah, the change in Etta Candy was strange, but I can see the evolution of the character go from rival to ally could run quite well if they ever did a sequel, so I didn't have too much of a problem with it.
I hope, one day, people appreciate Artemis more. Honestly, Artemis is my favourite Wonder Woman. Yes, she wore the costume briefly for a time and I loved it! She took shit from no one, wasn't really the ambassador of peace as Diana was. Instead, she was a tough love type and I loved her for it. It was so different from Diana.

I do respect the 60-70s series.
Artemis was great in "Secret Six"; she's a great foil to Diana. Veronica Cale,Alykone and her Circle are great and complex villains.
I have mix feeling on the upcoming Cw project for Wondy though.
Speaking of shipping, what do you think is the worst couple in your opinion? mine is controversial but mine Kevin/Gwen from Ben 10; it's not just because I'm a Kevin/Ben shipper, I just think they're just a badly forced couple(I like both characters just not as a couple)

Worst couple? I hate Green Lantern Hal Jordon and his thirteen-year-old alien girlfriend, Arisia. He rejects her advances at first, then she physically ages herself into an adult in seconds and he's like "Okay, that's cool! Boobs!" They date, have sex, and act like the rest of the team are being assholes for questioning their relationship, as though this wasn't basically statutory rape or something.
Green Lantern John Stewart failed to prevent the destruction of the planet Xanshi by an avatar of the Anti-Life Equation (a quasi-mythological philosophical/mathematical formula for the total control over the free will of sentient beings). Its sole survivor, a Green Lantern named Fatality, vowed revenge against him. After years of intergalactic destruction and mass murder, even acquiring a Yellow Ring of Fear, Fatality turns into a Star Sapphire and, influenced by the violet power of lllllove, forgives John, they become lovers, and no one speaks of her crimes ever again.
I'm not one for Zatanna and Batman. I know Paul Dini loves the couple and ships them hard, but I'm just meh. Zatanna and John Constantine is cuter -- improbable but cute as hell.

Were both of those Green Lantern ships made by Geoff Johns(Biggest Fanboy of The Silver Age)?
I'm not much a Green Lantern fan especially withe Guardians Of the Universe act like morons.
I can see Zatanna & Bruce being casual lovers nothing more.

No, I think Hal/Arisia was from the 70s, before Geoff Johns. And Stewart/Fatality would be Geoff Johns, yeah, as that relationship happened during part of the Sinstero War. While I love Geoff Johns on AQUAMAN, I hate him on GREEN LANTERN. He just keeps giving Hal blowjobs on the page and it's annoying to see Hal outwitting characters like Batman constantly.
Agreed. I see them as once or twice kind of thing, but nothing serious comes out of it.
