I didn't understand half of what you were trying to say, sorry.
It is NOT coinsidence that this happens to be the exact pictue that posted in 2006 [link] You claim you did changes on it, but I don't see them. Neither do I see anything that implies that you got permission to post it.
Art theft is a crime, hun. You just broke the law by claiming you did this picture.
I suggest you read these rules and remove the picture and any other stolen picture in your gallery:
