She's so cute! You should do more of this!
The hair is very nice, though it will work better without the dithering (it doesn't work very good to hair even if yours looks so great )
Maybe you should look for more frames to make it look smoother (her eyes blinking) and look more to a light source, to be more appealing.
The lines are very nice, and her design is soo beautiful. She looks like a qt pie.
