Verity Carlo of the IDW ongoing Transformers comic serise. If you haven't read them, get your buns down to the comic shop!This is a little pic I drew a couple weeks ago for fun and I'm pleasantly surprised at how it came out. For some odd reason, Verity's not the easiest person to draw. I had to redraw her facial expressing at least ten different times before I was happy.

well... i think i got her hair wrong and if i add a nose, she'd look worse

Yeah, Noses are tough. Them and mouths because if you aren't paying attention to anatomy it'll look off.
I leanred in art class in the 9th grade how the face is structured to be sertain perportions according to different features.
Like eyes: they should be on the same level as the top of the ears.
Ears: should end at the bottom of the nose.
Mouth: Is half way down between the nose and chin.

hehe... couple of days ago I managed to buy myself a copy of issue #0 of these series, and I'm deffinatelly not gonna stop on this one! ^_^
