The Underground is larger than where the player is allowed

An example of this is that Vilo works in a rural part of Snowdin. She has a job in fishing. There is a large river that runs through the underground that has fresh water fish that get caught inside. Her job is to gather as many as she can, descale them, and remove undesirable meat from the fish such as the guts, head, and tail (Nothing goes to waste however, there are a use for the scraps that she does not handle...)

Vilo has to be careful however not catch fish monsters that may be swimming in the water...

Though...maybe she wouldn't have to be careful if they didn't try to clearly eat her hook with her bait...
