Your Japanese works out. I looked up the phrase in Japanese and it appears on many Japanese proverb websites as you have written it here. And your English translation of it in the title of this piece works well!
The Japanese phrase doesn't technically say "of men", just "in the heart", and it says "paradise" in the Pure Land Buddhist sense rather than "heaven". But saying it in the way you have here just sounds better when said that way in English. So kudos to you for both the great use of Japanese, and the clever English translation!
Art-wise, I love your oni gal in a kimono. She has such a cool design!
