thank you, it's really easy, I always forgot to submit the tutorial but it's basically just use fabric paint 
and use as a "brush" a scrap of the same fabric as the skin tone of the plush

ive heard using a light dab of makeup works wonders but im always worried it would smear and ruin the plush

yes, I heard that too, or using soft pastels, but I guess it will wash off eventually~ 
so I use textile paint
