What species of Squalodon is it supposed to be? what kind of Penguins are those?

Sorry for delay, haven't been doing much art lately.
Are both of as of yet undescribed specimens of both from New Zealand. The hope is this will be the art that one day accompanies their descriptions (though I'm not sure... time and distance have had me lose most contact with the research team)Β Β
