So creative and well put-together. Love the depitction of duality between both works, it really fleshes him out as a character
Your art is awesome, have a good day

I'm so glad you picked up on that! These being are mostly gentle in my own head canon unless provoked.

Thank you so much! excellent break down on my strategy here! I'm going to try to use collected pockets of saturation more in my work

I think that really works. I see SO many artworks that are highly saturated all over and it ends up looking tacky and garish. For some reason using desaturated color is something very non-intuitive. So this really stood out to me. It's something I will be aiming to achieve in my own work, too.

Lovely composition and design sense. Love the idea of a stoic and collected monster.

Thank you so much! Yeah this character almost created itself from a mistake is brush strokes in a previous piece. Which is always the coolest because they seem to come to life on their own.

Wonderful job as always! Your work is so creative. When you paint, do you block in all the colours and then go slowly rendering everything sharply, or do you do it in greyscale and then introduce colour?

sorry for the late reply! I work very chaotically is sometimes is a weakness as well as a strength. My best results is hitting colour and value at the same time and do a very broad and expressive block in with as much energy as I can muster. As you work on something the energy colour and contrast is lost. Well at least for me anyways.
