That is my friend's JT Spectra goggle, and it serves very well. In all the games I've played in it, it's never fogged up even with the gas mask on it. And I tend to run with a helmet or a rag, so there's always a lot of sweat and poor ventilation. A solid choice.

The device on it is a (now discontinued) Psycho Scenario goggle cover, which is essentially a latex casting of some kind of respirator. This was on eBay, however I don't know if you would be able to find any more.
