Lavender to help in relaxing your muscles, as I can see from your profession you have very stressful encounters. The carrots are there to help some of the carrot juices to dissipate into the bath water to help with vitamin absorbing right into the skin. Why are there potatoes in there? well we didn't have any bath toys so we had to do with what we had available.
