TRDL 2013 Series, No. 26 - Battle Royale 4 (Iron Man vs. Flatman vs. Beast)This one was done for the Outcast Battle Royale competition, season 4, in which challengers are bracketed against each other using characters they selected. I'm currently in the semi-finals, which is a three-way battle, with my Iron Man (this time, the Mk. II armor) against Flatman of the Great Lakes Avengers (sigh) and Beast from Disney's Beauty and the Beast film. That was a pretty challenging melee to sort out. I liked the idea of rolling up Flatman and using him on Beast. I'm amused when characters resort to awkward methods to avoid using their full power and killing their opponents. This one was a homage based on Avengers #22, which you can see in the process notes.

hahahahah thanks man. I originally had Beast about the same degree of swollen... but I decided to show his more robust monstrous form and just make him red. What cracked me up, besides his physical posture of head down indirect gaze like any cat-type animal deferring to an alpha, was the way Flatman's arms are flailing around. It was kind of hard to envision how to roll him up like that.
