Its a law proposal that would kind of censor the world wide web, all fanart without direct permission from the owners (like tlk fanart without permission from disney) would be blocked out of internet. It's a law proposion that is intended to stop piracy, but so much more would be affecter. Read more by seraching on SOPA (stop online piracy act) or PIPA (Protect IP act).
