Lotuspaw, like most kits wants to have fun and make friends, though thanks to being bullied at a young age, her behavior has changed to more of a submissive, shy feline. She tends to shy away from others and just watch from the sidelines. She is a wallflower to say the least. Being bullied has made her suffer from an early stage of depression, where she'll hide in the den and not come out all day, and just slink into self pity and hate. Yet for those rare moments when a felines decides to try and get to know Lotuspool, really act like they care, they see a whole new side to her. A side that is passionate about the things she loves, how she loves it when the wind ruffles her fur. She's see's and feels the beauty most have forgotten. If once tries to befriend her after a few days she will open up to the fact showing her eagerness to play and be like the other cat's something she had always wanted. One can normally always find a smile on this female, she has a desire to be with others, yet she shies away when confronted.

Now that she is a loner, Lotus still keeps most of her personality traits, those uses them to better herself now that she is alone in the forest. Lotus remains int he shadows and has learned to watch others and pick up on things from others. Though her heart is indeed still soft, she cares for others, but knows that without a clan, she needs to look out for herself msot of the time. She still is a bit submissive to others as she rather not fight and just find a way out of any situation.

History

Lotuskit was born in the normal feline family, well a large normal feline family. It wasn't abnormal for some females to give birth to small litters, but it was a bit strange from two large cats to give birth to a single female. A female named Lotuskit. Her eyes were the most remarkable feature about her. She had thick fur soft, but none could deny the female was a bit larger then most would be at so little of an age. Most assumed she would become a fierce warrior, that her strength would be unlike the rest. Maybe they were right, yet maybe they were wrong.

As Lotuskit began to grow, it became quite clear she was indeed thicker then the rest, not meaning fur wise. She had some chunk on her, though her parents told her she was a gift to behold and beauty they would say. If only they knew how that little nickname of their would soon become Lotuskits demise. As the moons passed Lotuskit was fully talking and waddling about the camp a bit. She was a bit self conscious at first, unsure if the others would like her. Yet as kits most didn't know how to be hurtful, all that mattered at that age was having fun and making friends. Lotuskit felt alive and truly happy with others around her having fun and sharing in their laughter. What a life kits have, how it's all fun and games. No worries at all. One could nap whenever and play were ever. Yet they were all eager to be apprentices and go see more of this wondrous home.

||I'll Make A Warrior Out Of You||

Finally the day came and the kits were old enough to become apprentices. Yet it was around this time, that tings have taken a worse for Lotuspaw. Most soon caught wind of their mothers gossiping about Lotuspaw, as she was bigger then the others. Thick wise and sometimes fur wise. Lotuspaw never seemed to mind, so why did the others? Yet the rumors spread like wild fire amongst the kits. Some said the reason she was so big was that she at the others in her mama's belly. Or that since she lacked beauty she had to make it up in size. The rumors continued on, to the point some of the other kits avoided her. Lotuspaw couldn't understand, couldn't comprehend it. Weren't they all friends just moons ago? What changed what was so different? The sweet Lotuspaw was soon a subject to bullying. To some, they would say it wasn't a big deal kits were kits, but if they aren't the ones being bullied how could the understand? How would they know of the pain that came along with it?

Lotuspaw remained silent through the endearment of it all, the names, and how her mothers sweet remark calling her Beauty, no longer sounded as sweet when it came from the mouths of gossiping kits. Yet Lotuspaw didn't know what to do, she didn't want to be a burden and tell her parents her issues, she could do this on her own. She was an apprentice, she didn't need to whine and complain she was getting picked on. She was an apprentice, she had to learn to be tough with their remarks and show she was above it, that she could handle it. Just smile, she would tell herself constantly. Just smile, it won't hurt that bad. Don't feed into it, remember they were your friends at one time... Yet some days got the best of her, she would fack being ill so she could have the day off and hide in her nest. It was hard to be strong when all she wanted to do was fall apart. Some days were just harder then others, were the smile gets harder to make, and the tears can't be held back. Lotuspaw cried in her nest one those days, praying to Starclan to bring back her friends, to bring back the good ole times as kits, when beauty and vanity no longer matter. She yearned for those days. She'd do anything to have them back anything.

As the time passed young Lotuspaw was able to make a friend. Curlpaw, it seemed to work perfectly between the two outcast of the clan. They seemed to share a lot in common and Lotuspaw was just thankful to have someone she could talk to, though even with Curlpaw beside her, the teasing never ended, and the bullying did not stop. It became to much for her and she was never the type to talk to others about these issues.

Taking A Risk
As soon as there was a night well lit by the moon, Lotuspaw did the unspeakable. She left. Leaving behind her only family, her only friend and the only thing she ever had. Lotus merely dropped the last part of name, and thus she became The Lost Lotus. Lotus roamed the free lands and often spied amongst the clan life, as if wanting a chance to reenter the one she left behind or merely catch a glimpse of the only friend she had there. It is hard to tell, but this wallflower of a cat, may work up the courage to do far greater things then merely run away from her issues. Her life outside of the clan was never an easy one, as she was still and apprentice merely to the fact all her mentors have died so quickly one after the other she was never really taught much. Anything she learned she had to watch others do, or spy close enough to hear mentors speak to their apprentice. Lotus finally had to learn for herself for once. It was either life or death here with no clan. Your life was never a granted thing. It could be snuffed away so easily.

Lotus struggled with daily life and seemed to survive on eat bugs and any water she could get without being chased away. Slowly, but surely she was finding the way to be a true feline, her hunting skills are not the greatest, but she is learning. Lotus still has no skill in fighting and mostly seemed to defend and make as little moves as possible, trying her best to make sure the other feline got tuckered out before fleeing the scene. This life isn't really what she wanted, but she made the choice to leave Skyclan and so she had to learn to deal with the choices she made. A life without a clan is much harder then what she thought.

Take Me Back
Lotus found Curlcall as he had a bit of habit of peeking up on her old clan watching around the area hoping to see him once more. Once she did it seemed the pair was inseparable. Since those times Curlcall confessed his love for her, and she to him. With this new feelings of love between the two, Lotus did what she felt she needed to do. She begged for the Skyclan leader to take her back into the clan, that she was worthy of place and was grateful for the chance if allowed back in. To her delight she was welcomed back, as Lotuspool a warrior in Skyclan.

It wasnt long that the two, Curlcall and Lotuspool became one, instead of two. They vowed to stick with each other, and to never part once more like before. Lotuspool was indeed delighted! Lotuspool still struggles to get back into the swing of the warrior life, as well as bonding with others. Her more nervous and shy nature tends to pop out and she much prefer walking in silence than struggling with small talk. She adores when others talk to her and don't mind her lack of words.

Recently
Lotuspool had some new to bring to Curlcall and she was smiling all the way to her ears or so it felt like. She looked to him and announced with tears happily trickling down her face. "You're going to be a father!" she mewed with the delight and the two we happily mewling with delight over the news. Now the happy pair await their new babes, eagerly counting down the days till their family of two becomes a family of four.

Strengths
Dark Pelt: Her dark colored pelt makes it easy for Lotus to blend into the shadows able to hide from those who may be looking for her. Lotus also uses this as a way to spy on others something she has a horrid habit of doing.

Clever: Sometimes Lotus can be quite clever and able to get out of any trouble she may have caused. Despite for running away while still an apprentice, she was able to figure out things for the most part by merely watching others do it. With a bit of practice and sometimes luck she has slowly began to figure things out.

Weakness
Cowardly: Some say Lotus is quite a coward from running from her issues and the fact is they are probably true. Lotus has no desire to fight with others or cause issues and seems to come off as cowardly in the end.

Low Self Esteem: Lotus has low self esteem which can quickly lead to a bit of depression on her end, making her stay in one spot for days on end. This is an unhealthy thing for her, that she is slowly trying to fixed, though with being bullied all her life, its no easy task.

Lotuspool has a weakness for any sweet cat. Once someone treats her nicely, she tends to follow after them a bit enjoying the company she has been denied of. It tends to freak others out and make them want space. But poor Ole Lotuspool just wants a friend.

Lotuspool adores butterflies, she is known for chasing after them... awkwardly. She never harms them. One of the greatest moments in her life was when a butterfly landed on her nose. She was pretty sure she could die happy that day.

Lotuspool enjoys the small silent things, like a faint breeze rushing over the flower meadow. She seems to get a bit annoyed when other noises disturb her peace, many arn;t sure where this stemmed from her time of being a loner

It was as if Starclan had finally answered her prays. Her she was, in a game with friends, or her soon to be friends! Lotuspaw could hardly believe it, she was finally accepted, finally part of the clan again. "Come on Icepaw!" The silver tabby laughed and grinned tackling the group as he too joined in. She was left for the last, oh she knew how the saying went, 'Save the best for last.' Lotuspaw knew it all to well.
