Shuu ascended?

Actually, there's no reason for Shuu to not want to ascend as he holds no loyalty towards the resistance. The only reason he didn't accept Ezra's offer was because he was told they that the Seraphs are the enemy during his first arrival. If he ever found out that ascending means being blessed with more power, he would probably look down on the Reaper corruption and turn to The Lady as the one true god.

His personality would remain the same, and he would be very abusive of his powers. During fights however, he would be less bloodthirsty, and more playful- preferring not to kill, but torture his enemies so that they can recover and he could play with them again- I mean... so they could think it over and join the Seraphs *cough*

Seraph powers are of Bubbles? He can control the consistency and the gravitational pull of bubbles that he can conjure from thin air. For example, he can make them hard as a rock and super heavy that they fall to the ground like meteors, or he can make them bouncy and light so he could walk on them and float up.
He would also use the bubbles to suffocate his victims by trapping their whole body or just their head inside, until they slowly lose air. He can't control the movements of the bubbles however, only make them appear where he wants and make them float or fall, so he usually makes a lot of bubbles.

Appearance wise his hair would still be white, but when it moves in the light, it would shimmer with a rainbow of pastel colours, and his eyes would be white/ grey, void of a pupil (like the Hyuugas).
