I'm not obsessed... I'm prolific!'tis Evan again, a little older than usual
I usually try to avoid mentioning troubles in my comments, but drawing a fictional person's portrait by combining four or five people isn't easy! This one is for =laurabeth 'cos I can't think of anything else to say. And also because she's as obsessed as I am. Almost. No! I mean prolific. Oh wait that doesn't work. Hmm.

When you do a drawing, as opposed to your paintings, you seem to really get into the life like details. I think this is truly one of your best drawings to date. Though you have many, and I can't take away from them either.
If I didn't know better, I would say you had a model right there in front of you to pose for this drawing. It is so lifelike. The eyes could be either serene or maybe woeful, but they do evoke an emotion. Quite lovely when you get to feeling as if you can feel the character's emotions right along with him.
Keep up the fantastic work... and just let me go slave over my lil pittance of a drawing.

Haha, a drawing is nothing to be slaved over. Slavery suggests being held against one's will. I would draw forever if I could. Just you watch.
It would be nice to have Evan there in front of me. Alas, it's not entirely possible. Pity, huh

I'd be in absolute awe, if this was done in graphite pencils, but it looks as if it were Charcoal. I don't know... You are amazing at this stuff and I think I should look up to you as an idol. *is sucking up (*slaps my own face*)*

This is just a beautiful picture, Treijim. I love the expression in his eyes. He looks like he was caught in a daydream.

AWWWWWWWWWWW!! I love him! Er, I mean it! You'll have to send me a larger version for my desktop, too. His expression is the absolute best part of this picture, it's just so... nice and wonderful don't cover it but it's a bit of both. He looks sweet, casual, and happy. It feels like I know one of your references, and yet I also don't.
I love his mouth, the gentle curve, and how the line ends very tenderly into his cheek :3 I love the shape of his upper lip, it's so handsome. And his lower lip is cute, I like the lighting and texture. How the lower lip dissolves into the chin is so adorable, I could stare at it for hours (and will, when I have the time).
And then I like his nose, and I can see your careful use of facial planes. It's cute, and you shaded and highlighted it awesomely. His nostrils are great, even, perfect. Your highlights are exquisite and careful and all that, la la blah blah :3
And his eyebrows distracted me from finishing my review of his nose. They're so soft and feathery, they have a great shape, too. And they match in a great way. I want an Evan. And his eyes
And I really like his neck, he has a great neck in every picture. It ish sexy. And the collar is awesome, frames the picture well. It's awesome how you pulled off the angle of the fabric, it looks crazy complicated, and still you make it look so easy. The whole jacket has great texture, I like the seam on the shoulders, that attaches the sleeves, the best. And his necklace's strong even has special doodle-bopper things. Knots in it or something. Nice touch, mister. Oy, such awesome folds around the neck.
Eee eee! His hair is made of absolute win to match his flesh. Sheesh, you did an overly impressive job on it, I love how the light falls on it, it's so gorgeous. I really, really, really, really love the way it curls on the left side of his face. And I like the hair by his totally cute ear, too. Just everything is perfect, perfectly perfect.

Fofofofo. How is it you always leave such good comments? The way you shared your thoughts on almost every detail is... almost embarrassing for me 
Yeah I write Evan when I'm meant to write even, too ;D I did spend a while on his lips and eyes, just to get the shadows right and such. There was a lot of blotting with the putty eraser on his cheeks to get them round, too. One person told me his cheeks are too fat [just no] but that's how I like it :3
Having a picture called perfect thrice is a huge compliment from me [it doesn't count if someone I don't know or respect says it D: ]
