Drowning his sorrows in his work, Dr. Dudley mysteriously vanished one day. All his daughter Alicia found was a book with her name on it.

The contents explained how by linking her body to his experimental quantum generator, that she could show the world the true power of quantum energy. As song as she plugged the cord into her cerebral port, her mind was flooded with new perspective. To her new vision, even simple objects shined brightly with their quantum makeup. Just as her brain began to settle, two men burst in the door. Guns trained on Alicia, they made mention of "finishing the job."

Instinct kicked in, and golden energy burst from her hands, knocking one of them men through the nearby wall. Fear in eyes, the other asked how she did that. With a smirk, her golden eyes sparkled with energy. "Magic."
