Much like with #AmberJam I plan to post an image of Yumi or Tora every day of #ToraJam.

The final week's focus is on...well Tora and Yumi. I honestly couldn't think of a theme, so I just thought I'd shows the reasons why she's so special to me.

As she pulled open the formerly locked door, Tora finally asked her companion the question that was eating at her.

"Seriously, how the hell did you just happen to be in Neo-Tokyo, and find out about a human trafficking operation, in less than 12 hours?"

Crimson Enchantress paused, and seemed to choose her words very carefully.

"We magic users have contacts all over the world. It's not uncommon for..."

"Like the time a few months ago when you were visiting and I asked for your help with that magical drug ring? You were here for almost a week and were genuinely shocked to hear about it."

Aura froze. She had forgotten how astute Yumi actually was, and kicked herself for not planning for this line of questioning. Before she could find a response, she saw the tigress abruptly turn and look down the hallway. Her nose and ears twitched.

"Something is happening that way, and somebody is terrified. We need to hurry."

The enchantress exhaled and quickly followed the large and surprisingly nimble Japanese woman. Tora stopped suddenly, her focus on a section of wall.

"There's a door here, but....not."

Aura placed her hand against the concrete and focused. He had been right. This was the work of an experienced magic user. Experienced, but sloppy. She flexed her fingers and felt the spell begin to give. She glanced at Tora.

"Two seconds..."

An explosion of light burst forward as she easily countered the glimmer spell. The two stepped into the room as the inhabitants began to gain their vision back. Aura spoke with the authority only a coven leader carried.

"This, is your one and only opportunity to surrender peacefully. Put down your weapons and lie face first on the floor."

The men responded by raising their guns at the two women.

The tigress snarled, "Fine...the hard way then..."
