Description
Redesigning Heat's costume was fun. I wanted to move her slightly away from her old spandex uniform when she was younger, and now to her slightly more "grown n sexy" costume. I still kept her mask for practical reasons of course. In the effects, I wanted to make the spiral of fire going around her, because a lot of people think she's just a fire bug, but she's also a telekinetic as well, which is how she is slingin the flames. Her hair was kept low n short as well.
Done in pencil, inked, colored ,special fx in ps.
