Something a little different
This is my first time where I've manipulated anything in a photo other than the colours, saturation, contrast, etc.
I used the clone stamp tool to remove some crud from the water, and then used the smudge and dodge/burn tool to clean it up.
I think it turned out nicely!
And yes, I did just want to use the word bokeh
