The Wisflare line is based on Santelmo, Tagalog term for St. Elmo's fire. Here in the Philippines, it is believed that when one follows a Santelmo and becomes lost, he should reverse his clothes to find his way back.Name: Wisflare (Wisp; Will-o'-the-wisp + Flare)
