Summer 1993. Conrail GP35 #3684 (ex EL #2578) sits in the derelict line still in Erie Lackawanna livery ready to go to the scrapper. Altoona Pennsylvania.

I found a photo of this same unit on a Conrail roster website that someone took of it dead in tow westbound around Lewistown Pa. Aug 2nd 1993. I took this photo 3 weeks later on Altoona yard's dead track. It must have been scrapped shortly after...
