Giants are an interesting subject for many fantasy artists, but the designs I've always liked the most are the ones that stick to the basics and essentially just draw them as primitive looking humans with gargantuan proportions. I've always thought that if you make them too bestial or monstrous looking then they start to resemble your garden-variety demon or ogre.
