This is lovely. You have a delicacy in your drawing and an amazing sense of colour. This particular painting has as much the quality of the Victorian illustrators like Arthur Rackham as well as it's modern stylings. Imagination does create colours in the mind - I often see what I am aiming for when I paint, although it doesn't always come out as I have visualised it. Your painting is therefore very perceptive. It is as if the colours and images are exploding from her mind, and isn't that how art often is. The title may have come from elsewhere, but it is so apt as the painting say it visually.

The more I look at this the more interesting I find it. There are some very weird and wonderful techniques going on here, you don't mention digital work but if there isn't any I will eat all four of my hats in one sitting.
