Though technically it wasn't her "blade", there is it's impossible to assume that there was no innocent casualties. She broke the first rule.

I can't really tell if her actions resulted in harm to another Assassin, or tied back to the Brotherhood. So, being generous, I'll say she hasn't broken that one.
