In that game ( Sonic CD )
Robotnik/Eggman creates Metal Sonic to compete with Sonic but it appears that amy ( rosy the rascal here ) is following sonic,then metal sonic captures rosy and sonic has to rescue her and fight back eggman that has stolen the time stones
