This is lovely! The back-lighting gives the model a beautiful halo all around and the bokeh created by the particles in the background make it all the more magical. While the model has a beautiful smile, the way she is standing makes me think that she had the perfect pose you wanted to capture and you asked her to remain still. It makes for a lovely pose, but in her moment of concentrating on you, she doesn't look as relaxed. I find that the perfect moment to take that natural-looking shot is really when they aren't paying much attention to you. If you're going for more candid looks, I suggest you just let them do their own thing for a while and see where it goes...then go into the posing for more stylish shots.  

Again, like the other portrait, if you opened up the frame a bit more to give her some more space above her head, the composition could make the shot a bit more eye-catching. Still, the glowing background and the perfect lighting help to make this a captivating photo.
