ooh excellent work! i like the composition and i think what she is conjuring up is really neat, i like the background and all the celestial stuff and the waves crashing behind her, i think there should be some splash coming forward because it doesn't quite look like she's getting the slightest bit wet but it's just a minor detail compared to the rest of the image which is quite perfect

really gorgeous! I love the combination of fantasy with sci-fi. My only suggestion would be to add a little extra light to her face as the light above her is very strong. Other than that it's perfect!
