This picture was initially drawn in January (2013) a few days after the first while I was in driving school. In complete honesty I put the drawing down for a few months and then picked it back up I would say probably in june when I was looking through my small sketch book again to see some of my past drawings. The sketch took my by surprise as I had forgotten about it. I then worked on it till it was finished. The original inspiration came from me sitting in my driving class, it was in a one roomed building that had a large window to the outside on the street, I was listening to some music I had found off of youtube and saw the snow begin to fall. It took me back to my childhood when one of my cousins came up from florida and had never seen snow before, watching them in amazement as they experienced their first snow fall was one of my happiest memories as a child. That is what I wanted to capture in this picture. I will most likely color this soon for the sake of the holidays coming up.

The character in this picture is named Ojo, he is the prince of a tiger kingdom in india in a story I am writing for a comic book series that I am seeking to get published. I could think of no better character of mine to capture a child's first snow fall than this character.
