Wow, can I just say that I really like this? I think its awesome. I love your style and coloring technique! Okay, now for the critique c:
The first off thing I noticed is her left hand, the one that's resting on the staff. I totally understand how dumb hands can be. This one looks just a bit off. Is it supposed to be clutching the staff? Just. resting? The finger placements are a nit misleading.
The second thing is light source. Where. is it coming from? The shadows on the ground make it look like the light is coming from behind her. But on the character herself, it looks like the light is being shone directly in her. Also I feel like the light coming out if the staves could be exaggerated a bit more, it would look nice.
Is love to see you draw her in an environment as well. C: I think its a great character design!

i'll do some light source studies. light sources still scare me a little bit.
ya, i absolutely agree with the hand. i left it like that because i really like how the drawn hand actually came out (but now i know its weird to the viewer so i need to stop being lazy and make things make sense! lol)

I really like this character. Does she have a story? I don't know what you would call those--staffs? They're pretty cool.
