I just had to show it off...I worked some odd hours on this today, and I can tell this will be the biggest project I have ever worked on, not to mention for the community. Please tell me if it's so horrendous that I should stop now, or if I should continue with this design. I will have the whole site completely skinned by the end of this two week period. Look forward for some new HTML twists (I know dj-designs can implement code, so I'm going all out). Enjoy so far.

great start but elminate the fade of dots at the top to allow for different sized cutome banners. other than that keep up the great work

You do know that I hate you now becuase with some work, this will win, right? The text needs to be darker I think so it's not so harsh on the eyes but of all the submissions, I like this the best. (Course I do like mine too but heh.) I am a HUGE fan of simplicity and while I'll bet this wasn't the simplest thing to come up with it gets the point of simplicity across wonderfully. Just darken that text and finish it up along with the user page and I can't wait to see it.

i don't like white based backgrounds.. they hurt my eyes.. but other than that it looks great to me... from the little i know about this type of thing.
