Description

Being the blacksmith’s daughter, Anna (13) always has been really familiar with swords, and got noticed by the Captain of the Royal Guard of Arendelle. She started then her training to become a royal guard. During that time, she met Princess Elsa and her bodyguards (OCs). She eventually fell in love with the Princess. However after a terrible accident, Anna lost all her memories about Elsa and her meeting with her (she still remembers everything like Elsa’s bodyguard, but she doesn’t remember knowing the princess) Elsa decided soon after to hide in the royal castle, to let Anna live her “new” life and to hide her power again.
Five years later, Elsa is proclaimed Queen of Arendelle after her parents’ death. But after a turn of events, she exposed her power to the public, and fled, putting Arendelle in a pepetual winter without knowing it. Her bodyguards looked after her, but they never returned. The prince Hans of the Southern Isles proposed to send a team to try to rescue the bodyguards and speak with the queen to restore summer. But Anna discovered that Hans intended instead to kill Elsa to restore summer and appear like the hero of Arendelle to become King. She tried to warn the ministers of the conspiracy but failed and is sent in jail, after threatening Prince Hans’ life during the process. She succeeded in escaping jail with her friends’ help, but had now a bounty on her head. Anna decided to warn Queen Elsa of the conspiracy and look for her in the North Mountains. To escape bounty hunters and people of Arendelle, she cut her hair and disguised herself as a man.

I changed a little bit the plot since last time. But basically it’s an Elsanna story. So here you have Queen!Elsa and Knight!Anna. I got the idea when reading the fic For her hand . After all, a story in which you have a sword tournament with crossdressing!Anna, I had to read that story, which is great (so go read it).
I pictured Anna as a knight, and then I imagined her traveling to the North Mountains to look for Queen Elsa, and was stopped by the Queen’s bodyguards (something I have totally invented by the way, hence the OCs). Actually, I basically have the whole plot for the fic… so stay tune on FF.net and AO3, you may see that story one day XD
Concerning Elsa’s outfit, she will wear these clothes when she tries to escape Hans and his research team… because I don’t think an ice dress is the most perfect clothes to wear to flee and to defend herself (by launching Genkidama everywhere XD)
About Anna’s armor, its concept is based on Tyrael’s armor from Diablo III and the Grey Warden warrior’s armor from Dragon Age 2. In the story, Anna usually fight with a two handed sword (because I freaking love two-handed sword) and wears a simple sword, for protection and extreme situations. The design of the swords belongs to me though.
Here you have my lame attempt to draw perfect ladies… again… hope you recognize both of them (even if it is more difficult for Anna because of her short hair… XP)
