Yeah, but they're not all the same size or anything, they're just loopy circles. Quite messy, really.

The paper is Mi-Teintes by canson? I don't know, it was a sheet o blue paper, so I bought it.
And yes! It was totally reminding me of the brainbot scene too. (even though the pose is different.)
