Really you tasted it? Well its been said that for tap water...NY is one of the best in the country. But I stopped drinking it long ago. I drink about a case and a half of Poland Springs water a week...about 36, 12 ounce bottles.

I wouldn't trust it. NY is old and years and years ago they used lead in the pipes. Now I don't know if NY has since replaced all that like they did with using lead paint in city owned buildings and housing units. But there are plenty of other cities here with huge tap water problems. Google Flint/Water and you'll see the horror that these people are living through.
