Well not "photomanipulation" in the truer sense of the genre...but certainly manipulated as far as playing with what existed in the photograph originally, ie saturation, contrast, detail, color temperature, color tone, black and white tone levels, etc. In essence no photo taken is "unmanipulated".

true. most of the time i just adjust contrast and brightness, once in a while the hue/saturation/brightness. so yes, they all get manipulated to some extent or the other. i like to think of it as a women with make up on. if it is well done, it enhances her beauty and you don't notice it as much. but when overdone, it looks obvious and cheap!

Lyana, I just reread your statement about your dad because your last comment seemed like you were upset with me. It seems that mentioned him in past tense and now this leads me to think that perhaps he may have passed on. If so...I am sorry. I didn't read your comment correctly. I would never written what I did had I realized. I read it quick and thought you said you "love" him to pieces...not "loved"
