Quick image I made for Cara. I created her likeness with a combination of V4 morphs and the Bijou morphs and texture. The outfit is a combination of Sports Baby, shadow dancer and Cowgirl. The sneakers are Canvas Sneakers by Billy T (these are actually for V3, but I conformed them to V4 and hid V4's feet. Worked great I think!). The belt is from woodland goddess. I painted the sleeve to make it longer and more like the jacket of the character Zoey the zombie killer in Left 4 Dead.Enjoy!
