..yeah, his personality is pretty much what you'd expect - overconfident, egotistical idiot. even though he's,, really not officially a prince anymore, he'll most likely treat you like a peasant anyway lmao
he may be nicer to you if he thinks a. you're useful to him, b. you've complimented him enough for him to be okay with your existence or c. god forbid he actually likes you just because he thinks you're cool

Pre-Lilypad/Nightshade:
at one point he genuinely WAS a prince - yes, born with royal blood, heir to the throne, all that. during his 'reign' he was trained to be a fighter, and.. well there sure was an ATTEMPT to teach him manners.
yeah, it didn't work. even before getting raider'd he was a jerk
at some point during this time, he took the bait of "i wanna be more powerful" and drank a raider potion, turning him into the fish idiot you see now. of course, guess what the civilians thought of their soon-to-be-king, who was already very obviously not suited for the job, becoming even more destructive and rude than he was before. none of them were exactly very happy about this development
the old king had already stepped down at this point, so it would have been a straight shot - a few more months, some official paperwork, and bam, rajah is the new king! that was the plan, anyhow.
...the citizens overthrew rajah's rule before he could even be officially named king; one raider couldn't fight the rediculous numbers, and was soon afterwards exiled.
for the kingdom, this was great! a new era of freedom! the riches previously kept by the royal family had found its way back into the community, and basically, everything was pretty epic for the time being
..for rajah? not so much. with almost nothing left to his name, he just had to stumble his way to somewhere where he wasn't so infamous, which, in this case, happened to be the town of nightshade (i mean i guess its raider destiny to show up in or near lilypad at some point wheeze) and quickly made himself at home
he would have been there for a while, BEFORE:
