Panel 3: I could read his mind, but out of respect I won't, for now... Forgive me, but please clarify, what circumstances? I'm a blunt man, and it is my understanding that you are much the same...
"Seems" is the word cut off from Vegeta's explanation, then the last line on the bottom left is "even told Kakarot. How...?!
Then the very last panel reads: Not a day goes by that I don't wish to have him back. I loved him and I wonder if I could have done something to save him. Alas, with this power comes only the opportunity to prepare for the future, not necessarily change it.
