I never noticed that! That's too bad. I do know a lot of people with boy rats. They're so cuddly and squishy X) One of mine is more like a girl though...he's really friendly and licky, and somewhat cleverer than the others, but NEVER stays still!

He is interesting yes. He lived at our work, but I had to take him home, since he became extremely big and couldn't even wash himself, so he got dirty and had to take showers with me.
And now he is a good pillow for other boys

All creatures are normally keen on personal cleanliness. Even the much maligned pig is by nature clean. My son and daughter in law in New Zealand have a khune small pig trained to a tray in the kitchen. She is beautiful.Β
Most people can't be bothered to learn the true nature of animals. Pity, they might become better people. I use the word 'animals' in its widest sense, perhaps I should use the word 'beings'.
