No it's not a re-draw, at least I don't count it as one
Done using only blue pens.
-3 different blue pens; a light blue, dark blue and darker blue.
Yep only 3 different colours, but it gave quite a nice effect.
Only problem is when I scanned it the colours went weird...
MY SCANNER IS STUPID!
Took me about 90 mins from start to finish
